Can you book Disney World, Disneyland, and Universal trips?+

Yes. We're an authorized agency and can book park tickets, hotel stays, dining reservations, Genie+/Lightning Lane, and Park Hopper add-ons. Many of our advisors have been multiple times — with their own kids.

Do you charge a planning fee for family trips?+

No. Your HIPPO is paid by the supplier when you book, so the trip costs no more than booking direct. (And often less — we know which packages, room categories, and seasonal promotions are actually worth it.)

We have a wide age range — toddler to teen to grandparents. Can you handle that?+

Yes. Multi-gen is one of the most common family bookings we plan. Your advisor matches resort, room layouts, dining, and pacing to your actual family — not a generic 'family of four.'

What if a flight is canceled or something goes wrong on the trip?+

You text your advisor. Real human, real number. We rebook flights, fix room mix-ups, and coordinate with on-the-ground partners. You don't sit on hold at a theme park gate.

How far in advance should we book?+

Disney/Universal — 6 to 11 months for the best room categories and dining windows. Cruises — 9 to 12 months. All-inclusives — 4 to 8 months. Last-minute can work, but the best rooms for larger families go first.
