I usually book my vacations on my own but I was happy to have Tanya to help book our winter vacation. She was responsive immediately and helped us choose our perfect vacation.it was my partners birthday while we were there and the resort gave Ken a birthday dessert and all the staff sang happy birthday to him. The resort even dropped off a fruit tray to our room on his special day. Tanya also sent him a birthday wish message which was really special. Everything went smoothly from the flight there to our return home. We will definitely use Tanya again in the future!
